Now that you've seen the workout, what's the best way to approach the wall walks and keep your arms fresh for double unders? CrossFit Games athlete Brooke Haas weighs in on her approach to the wall walks.

WALL WALK TECHNIQUE

  1. Start each rep with your finger tips on the front line.
  2. Push up to arm extension and raise your butt as high as possible.
  3. Before moving your hands, take one step up the wall with each foot as high as possible.
  4. Use very quick and as few as possible "hand steps" to move from the front line to back line and back again.
  5. As soon as your hand touch the front line, let go of your body tension and drop down from the wall.
  6. Go crush some dubs!
