Again Faster Is setting a new standard for competition with Kriterion, bringing together individuals of all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. Kriterion is an age-banded, online competition that will test your strength, capacity, and skills for $10,000 in cash and prizes!
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
The competition will consist of 6 workouts over a 2-week period that will challenge your physical and mental strength, but will also be accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

We've partned with Coach Guido Trinidad to create challenging workouts that will be accessible and "fun" for all age brackets.

Each workout is programmed so you can complete it in your CrossFit Affiliate, home gym, or globo gym, assuming you have basic equipment such as barbell and plates, dumbbells, a rower, and a pull-up bar.

You can update your athlete information, such as your best email address, affiliate, etc until April 6, 2023 by logging into your athlete dashboard on Conquest Events and click the “my profile” tab. No changes will be made once registration closes on April 6, 2023. If there is an issue please email us directly at live@againfaster.com to resolve it.
1. Access the Kriterion Event page on Conquest Events.
2. Click "Log In" in the top right corner if not already logged in.
3. Click the "scoring" tab.
4. Find the workout that you are going to submit - there are 3 workouts per week to submit.
5. Copy / paste your video link in the media section, input your score & click submit!
When are the scores due?
Week 1 workouts must be submitted by April 14th, 11:55am EST
Week 2 workouts must be submitted by April 21st, 11:55am EST
How often can I submit a score?
As many times as you like until the deadline.
Do I need to complete all three workouts to post my scores?
Nope. You can submit one at a time.
Do I need to upload a video?
No, but a video MUST be recorded & uploaded for your score to be eligible for cash prizes
Where do I upload the video?
The video must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and the link posted to your score.
