Beach Workout on a Beautiful Fall Morning? Yes Please.

When CrossFit JAX wants to lead a beach WOD, you heed the call! Coach Jen and the members of CF JAX showed up on a beautiful fall morning at the beach. After a brief warm-up, we started grinding away.

In a you go, I go format, we broke up reps but not the fun! We worked our abs, legs and shoulders through an AMRAP of burpees, thrusters, sit-ups and a run.

After a solid 16 minutes, we split up for yet another tug-of-war competition! Toes dug into the sand and off we went. After a few rounds and a victor was crowned, we enjoyed delicious local donuts and coffee.

We are looking forward to the next event!

THE WOD

10 Synchro Burpees (each partner)

20 Thrusters w/ a med ball (shared)

30 Russian KB (shared)

40 sit ups (shared)

50 meter sprint/run (together)
